A name, phone number, or address entered in a search form is sent to the outside provider that supplies the result, not retained by our servers as a search history. When you contact us, we receive the details in your message and use them to respond.

We review aggregated information to maintain the service and understand page use. Cookies or similar tools can support basic analytics and, where relevant, advertising measurement.

Links lead to county and state portals, library collections, archives, and outside search tools. Each destination controls information submitted there under its own privacy policy. That includes sponsored results supplied by another company.

The service uses an encrypted connection, and logs are retained only for the operational purposes described here. There are no visitor accounts, passwords, or profile records on this service.

This reference is intended for adults and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect information from people under 18. Contact us if you believe a minor sent information, and we will remove it.
Your Privacy Choices
Nevada's consumer-privacy framework is in NRS Chapter 603A. Depending on the circumstances, a visitor may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, or a verified privacy choice concerning personal data a business keeps. Because this service retains very little, a request normally involves checking the contact mailbox and applicable server logs. Use the Contact page to make a request. Public records held by Nevada, Washoe County, or city custodians are outside our control and must be addressed to the office that holds them.
